Zembuk provides online booking, scheduling, and customer communication tools for service businesses. We offer a 30-day free trial followed by a paid subscription.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
After your free trial, you will be charged the applicable plan rate (Starter $29/month or Pro $49/month NZD) via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
You agree not to misuse Zembuk, including using it for spam, illegal activity, or harassment of customers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. We process this data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Zembuk is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zembuk after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
