We collect information you provide when signing up (name, email, phone, business name), booking data entered into the platform, and customer contact details you add. We also collect usage data and payment information processed via Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Zembuk service, send booking confirmations and reminders via SMS and email, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Resend for email) who are bound by their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers located in the United States. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@zembuk.com. You may also export your customer data from the dashboard at any time.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
